The village Nymfeon or Neveska, is characterized as a "traditional settlement" and is protected by Greek legislation as well as by European conventions. Built at 1400 meters in an eagle's nest of eastern Vitsi, it enchants the visitor who does not discover it until the last turn of the road.

It is surrounded by a magnificent beech forest and crossed by cobblestone paths and stone-built houses. In recent years, with the contribution of important people who come from the village, such as its president Nikolaos Mertzos and the Boutari family, it has become a pole of attraction for remarkable tourism.

His organization is active in the area Arkturos with an information center for the brown bear one and a half km outside the village. These facilities house 13 bears, most of which have been confiscated by gypsies and zoos and it is considered impossible to reintegrate them into the natural environment. The information center is open to the public (for a nominal fee) most months of the year.
